Executive Coaching
We work 1-on-1 with leaders to uncovers areas of development and instill behaviors to help them achieve their potential. Every coaching engagement is uniquely designed for a leader’s unique context. The focus is always on achieving business results and addressing the most pressing needs. We conduct 360s and leverage assessment tools to get maximum insights to better assist leaders achieving their goals.
Where possible, we look to apply our C+O organizational context coaching model. This is where we help a leader examine internal challenges that may interfere with their ability to succeed as well as organizational, cultural and environmental issues that may affect performance.
Organizational Assessment & Development
Organizational hurdles can negatively impact a leader’s ability to perform. These obstacles often go unnoticed when applying standard models to executive and high potential coaching. OLC performs a custom built assessment – a sort of organizational 360 – that identifies issues such as relationships, misalignment of goals, corporate culture, and working environment concerns. The assessment is aimed at working with a leader going through a coaching process and to identify potential risk areas for HR teams and other stakeholders.
As OD professionals, we apply organizational level thinking to everything we do. Our experience in succession planning, bench strengthening, and org design allows us to support organizational development needs in numerous capacities.
